Default Timing question w/ blue box

yes i know the blue box is crap, but until i get the time learn how to use uberdata or money to update to hondata..this is what i am stuck with...now my question was on my boosted sohc (y7)...the idle seems sorta rough and i was wondering what everyone elses timing was at..any suggestions?...i am just trying to get a rough estimate on other peoples set up...thanks for the help i am a turbo noob trying to learn more

also when using the blue box...since it taps into the map sensor...there is no need for a missing link/check valves correct?

what do you mean when the kit dropped? There is no way that your car should be shaking at 12 degrees of timing. Are you sure your timing gun isn't messed up or something and you had it retarded a lot? The blue box is made for you to leave it at stock and then I assume the blue box controlls your ignition tables some...not entirely sure though. The blue box is meant to run on a stock motor though with no tuning really needed so i would just keep it stock.
