Default windows are having a had time rolling down

hey whats up i own a 1996 accord couple lx, and this summer it started my windows on both sides have trouble rolling down the squik and my driver side even stops so i have to let up on the button then press it again i have no clue what it could be sense it is happing to both sides would'nt think it would be a motor any help is good thanks D.P.

Use lithium white grease and lube the tracks that the window is pushed up and down with and the tracks that they run in and that should fix the problem.

Also, try some silicone lubricant from a spray can. Spray your run channels down and this should help your windows go up and down easier.

i am having the same problem. how hard is it to take off the door panel to get to the tracks the windows run on?

yes i also heard graphite grease is good too.

Very easy. Took the panel off to replace the speakers. 10 mins to pop it off.
