Window bounce while openning windows

Ive looked at that, and what to know if anyone knows whether its caused by the same problem. Im assuming its a lack of lube on some of the moving parts of the window after they get wet.
This only happens when it rais. The window falls 1/4 inch, then stops (while the motor still pulls it down), then falls 1/4 and stops. This continues the whole way down.
If you know anything, let me know.
