I've done a swap on my cousin's civic hx with an b18b motor too. And we use just englarge the holes with a drill so it would fit. It was ghetto and my cousin was a cheap ***. Another one I did i use a 99-00 driver side mount and the side egine mount bracket and everything bolted right up, i think
Its been 3 years since I've done this swap. Which mounting kit did you get?

You have to use the bracket (the one that attaches to the engine block) from a 99-00 SI. I just did my swap not long ago and it went just fine. Hope that helps.

use 99-00 si/SiR or 96-01 CRV block mount both are the same.
94-01 integra block mount is different then most 92-00 civic block mounts (some 94-5 vx/si civics) used the same integra mount which is not compatiable

use the stock civic engine bracket from your sohc you currently have and remove the ls bracket....all 96-00 sivics uses the same drivers side engine mount design.so dont bother buying a 99-00 mount,on a swap like this into your 96-00 civic the only mount that is needed to work for any dohc swap is the 99-00 si mount for the rear....i hope this helps clear up alot of the false confusion.
yea i try that..............the ls engine bracket have three bolts on it and the civic as two and they don't line up.so that is where i am stuck at
i believe the part that connects to the ls block you need to order the 99-00 Si bracket but the hasport mount you have looks correct
good luck
