Default How consistent are Tial WG springs ?

I ordered my Tial WG with a 1bar spring. After installation, I could only boost 11psi. So I thought maybe it didn't came with the right spring. I dismantled it, big blue spring, 14.5 psi. Wrong color ? Didn't want to know, didn't care.

I ordered a small yellow spring, 3.73psi spring so I could have my 15psi. Well now I have 18psi ????

The reason why I wanted 15psi as a minimum was to be "able" to boost 30psi with my boost controller, I was limited to 25psi with my so call 11psi spring.

Are these springs approximately rated ?

After thinking about it, NOW it seems dead on. 14.5 + 3.73 = 18.23 psi.

Now I'm just wondering what could have caused it to be off in the first place
