Default timing belt walk

i just got the h22 accord together but i got the motor completly redone (8.4 to 1 comp. ratio) so i got new pistons, rods, water pump, oil pump, and all new seals. the only problem i got is the tming belt keeps walkin back against the block and i cant figure out how to get it to stop so i was hoping yall could help

There is a plate that goes on the crank before the crank sprocket. Was it installed?
This plate keeps the belt aligned and prevents rubbing on the block.
Another possibility is a bent or incorrectly installed belt tensioner.
