I have a 97 integra ls with some mods, Got me type r camshafts, act clutch, type r manifold, jdm vtec controller,obd2 Gsr ECU,port and polish gsr throttle body, and msd 6al with a cheap cold air intake. Everthing else is still stock, i'm about to throw this set up in by today, Wondering what else should i get in order to keep my engine healthy. I wanna know if my set up rite now can take long freeway drive. My new job is gonna be 45 mins away from where im living. Please give me some good advice so i can keep my baby from breaking down on me. I want to know what's a safe set up that's gonna last me forever. I don't really drive me car hard, only sometimes when i feel like speeding with other cars. I also have a b16 Vtec head, just got some machined work on it and had a shop to drilled in a oil line for my vtec head.
As far as I can go that's what i have so far for my lsvtec swap. So Please help me out with some good tips of what i should get next..! Thanks

Im sure that this topic has been well covered here many times, so before any1 else says anything may I suggest you use the search feature, it will save you alot of flaming!
as far as my .02 goes, i'll say this... you can't go wrong with oem, always go oem before you go aftermarket, and the first thing you should consider when building an ls/vtec is oil pump, water pump, and timing belt MAKE SURE you have the proper ones!! stock ls oil pump, water pump, and timing belt is a big NO NO for this kinda of mod.

Yep. After that just replace the normal things in a tuneup....spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
