rear speakers installation
I have a 1994 Honda Civic. I was wondering if I could install '6x9' 4 -way speakers in the rear panel. The reason I'm asking is cause the metal plate underneath the wood panel has a hole for the speaker which is very small .
anyone have any pics of their install. would greatly appreciatte if you guys could help out

I've seen people with 6x9's back there but they were never covered up because they were to big for the stock cover. Why don't you buy or make custom boxes for the speakers?
oh you see I don't have any speakers installed in the rear panel. i.e the panel just blank. only got the brake light on it.
Does anyone have any pics of their rear installation. would greatly appreciatte it if you guys could post the pics

ive seen pics on here, y not just stick w/ the 5 1/4's? or if u were to get a custom box just go w/ a nice 10' sub/enclosure...and get some nice tweeters up front...not an expert on this subject but friends of mine have done this, and sounds very nice...

I've already got neat pioneer 10cm up in the front doors. Want to install 6x9s(want to do this very soon) in the rear panel and maybe have enclosures built in the boot. a friend of mine, similiar 94 civic, installed 6x9's in his rear. not a good install, as he installed them sideways and not the usual way
like i've said before, any pics would be helpful
