Default rear speakers

alright, i just replaced my stock front speakers, and i was just wondering if the front speakers will screw right into where the back ones are? the reason i'm doing this is because my back speakers are blown, and i want some decent rear speakers until i buy new ones. one thing i noticed was that the front speakers only have 3 screw holes, and the rear 4, anyone know if they'll go back there?
thanx a lot
its in an '88 hatch SE and has the rear mounting brackets stock
