Would your car not start at all with the new battery?

As far as that bottom bolt goes its not just gonna slip out you have to hammer on it a little. make shure not to mess up the threads

Try to get a breaker bar on the bottom bolt if its too tight. Either that or slip a piece of pipe over the end of a rachet...

I am pretty sure its the alternator. Get a remanufactured one as they are much cheaper than a new one.

ok if youw ant the bolt loosen up then buy PB blaster, and spray it on there and let it sit for like 5mins then that thing should come right off.

yep...alternator

one you undo that bolt, you're gonna take it out from the bottom....so you need to step down on the sus. system to take it out

It might not be your alternator it could be something else if I were you I would use a impact wrench on the bad boy no im just joking dont use that it could break **** fast after youve removed it take it to autozone and they should have a bench tester they can tell you if its working or not if it is its something else in your charging circuit I cant tell you what but most likely its your alternator.
