Default new motor but some simple questions

i just put a 97 civic d16y8 motor in my car. i have a 94 civic vx. i just put the motor in today. no wiring yet just all mounts and its in. my questions are:

-basically just have wiring questions. id rather keep most things on the motor obd2 bc my old obd1 vx motor was really old and inejctors and eveyrthing was mest up due to my turbo stage.
- what harness? i have my stock vx one and a 99-00 si b16 harness
- if i use stock harness can i just just wire in the injectors and altenator so i would keep the obd2 injectors in and altenator just wire the obd1 harness with the obd2 plugs and just use my stock obd1 vx distro?
- what ecu will work best?
