Default OBD2 Motor into OBD1 Car

I have 1993 Honda Civic DX and would like to put a 1998 Acura Integra GSR Motor into my civic. What do I need to do with the ODB2 motor and harness to wire up with my OBD1 wiring harness

Almost nothing. Your Civic Chassis harness WILL clip right to the OBD2 harness (there will be a few plugs left over, that is ABS, you do not need it) (This only applys to USDM Harness). You do not have to change the injectors, alt, etc. You will have to wire up IABs, knock and Vtec from the shock tower to the ECU.

Use the Chassis Harness (the harness that is inside your car, it ends at the passenger side shock tower) and use the OBD2 GSR engine harness (goes FROM the passenger side shock tower to the engine and all its sensors). They will clip right in.

bringing this thread back to life. I have a 92 civic si, which most of you know come w/ the singe vtec. I was just wondering, if I put an obd2 gsr motor in there will everything just wire up without even having to wire the vtec? (Since the z6 is vtec)

Or are there other precautionary measures that I have to take. I have read somewhere about having to swap some wires on the dizzy plug for obd2 motors to go into obd1 cars but I don't know if it was a viable source.

Thanks
