put in mag wires the other day, in my 00 teg ls.... they are way too long, they fit in the holes fine but the wire itself is just way too long.... its hanging out everywhere

 

Thats Magnecore wires for ya, theyre not even a little long like others, theyre DAMN long!!

 

that's the price you pay when you want nice colorful wires

 

magnecors stupid then....... is there any point whatsoever of having a longer wire? why do they do that????????/

Are you sure you ordered the right ones for the LS? I believe the Magnecors made for GSR's and ITR's are different. But I say scrap the Mags, and get some NGK's.

Ive seen some really horribly fitting magenecor's...a buddy of mine had his pop off while he was driving a couple times. Just stick with NGK or MSD, IMO.

 

NswGsrdriver, haha I had that happen one time too. Sound like the engine was going to blow up! Like I said, NGK's are a good choice.

mine are a little long, but its no problem really. i had MSD and all the connectors got corroded and one just went out on me... sounded like i was driving an old VW beetle or a go cart or something... turned out i was running on 3 cylinders cuz 1 wire died. magnecor worked fine, but the fools at Goodyear told me the #1 wire was too short causing some ticking noise... i just tossed one of the few good MSD wires on, but havent really paid attention to see if the ticking is still there or not.
