Default Is it possible to make my HKS SS BOV flutter??

I wanted to see if anyone knows how to adjust the BOV to get that fluttering sound out of it, or if the BOV is even capable of getting the flutter sound.
thanks in advance

the fluttering is the compressed air bouncing around between the closed throttle body, and the spinning compressor. this is a bad noise, this means your BOV isnt adjusted right and can cause boost lag, and worse case a snaped turbine shaft. if you make a sharp whoosh, or a short wistle, you are good to go.

sometimes i flutter a little in vacume, but boost just whistles.
