Default Help w/ greasing my power window tracks (pic inside)

Yeah I did a search and the info I saw helped a lot but I'm a special kind of inept that I actually need pictures or reinactments to show me how to do stuff

I bought white lithium (?i think?) grease in a spray can and from what I read I think I just have to stick the nozzle in the area that I circled in red in the picture below (labeled "A" by helms) and spray until the windows move quicker right? Should I spray anywhere else? if so please let me know. I know the average person probably doesnt need all the explanation but I'm really good at screwing simple stuff up.

thanks

I also sprayed the opposite side of the window tracks to where you've got it circled in red. It seems to work fine for 3-6 months, then goes back to "normal."

Don't use white lithium grease, I used it on my civic si and it worked good until 4-6 weeks it got worse then before. It collects too much dust. What you should use is air tool oil, works really good for that, it cost me only a dollar at home depot.

really? most of the archived threads said silicone or white lithium grease.... anyone else had this problem with grease?

does the air tool oil come in a spray can?

I just use some silicone based grease for my mountain bike called tri-flow. Works well for me
