Slow/Sticky power windows
Here's a video:
The Drivers side has the same problem but it's not as sticky, It's a pain in the ***, especially now as the good weather is coming in.
They seem to work fine in the rain, so, I'm thinking its this rubber part (Idk what they're called so I made a pic)
The part with the red circle is what I'm talking about.
I'm not 100% sure so I need some help on figuring out what is causing this.

Mine on both my hondas have been "sticky" in the track in the door.... I have put white lithium in the channels but it eventually comes back.
I think its just build up, prob need to remove and clean out or remove and replace.
