It most likely has something to do with your o2 sensor. How is your gas mileage? Also have you noticed any problems when the light came on?
sorry i forgot to metion that i have a 1995 integra ls body with a b20b block and gsr head
header, intake, catback, cat pipe , pulleys wires , etc.
no problems when the light comes up but in the morning when i start the car the first minute when i push the gas pedal it feel like the gas its not going smodd after the first minute then the car start running fine
pushing the gas pedal the first minute is the problem because sometimes the gas go and sometimes it dosen't

its an o2 sensor problem. measure voltage between pins d14 and a26 on the ecu as you turn the ignition on. is there more than .1v?
YES:disconect o2 sensor harness and measure again between d14 and a26 again as the ignition is switched on. is there more than .1v? YES: replace o2 sensor
NO: disconnect d-connector from ecu, measure between d15 and a26 on the connector as the ignition is switched on. more than .1v? yes: repair short between d14 and o2 sensor. NO: substitute known good ECU
NO:measure voltage between the white/red and grn/blu wires on the o2 harness, is there more than .1 v? YES: replace o2 sensor. NO:check for open between wht/red wire on the o2 harness and d14 on ecu, if that wires ok, check for open on grn/blu wire and d22 on ecu.
thats the procedure for diagnosis on a code 43 if you have poor driveabiltiy (rough idle, poor gasmileage.)
