Default who is a good shop to rbuild heads

I have a B20A5 that I'm putting a turbo kit on. I'm buying the parts (rods ,rings and pistions) and having the bottom end rebuilt local. I want to have a shop exparinced with honda heads rebuild the heads. So my first quistion , The guy that built the kitsugested lowering the comprestion to 8.5-1 , and running the boost at about 10-12 psi. This car is going to be a summer driver , and wll see traffic , dose this sound like a good plan or can I lower it more and up the boost.

My second Question is who do you recomend to rebuild and mod the head. I bough some bullfrog cams befor I commeted on te turbo kit , I thought about working with them , reather then out right returning the cams ,what do you think.

You will want to keep the compression to around 9:1. Any lower than that is kinda silly. Will be too sluggish on the bottom end with 8.5:1 compression. I think that you should get your dinero back on those bull frog cams. You may want to check out portflow or JG for head work.
