Default Head assembly is in need...

Hey whats up guys, i am looking for a head assembly with the head of course and competition valve springs and caps, rocker arms, cam caps and stage two cams. i am going to stick with stock valves and i have a h23. i need a reference for this.
if i were to go turbo what internals would i need to upgrade? and which brands are good quality?

well if you are going turbo you dont want regular stage 2 cams you want turbo cams, upgraded valvetrain is a good idea i would ceramic coat my valves if i where going turbo but i think internally with boost my main focus would be the block.. build it up to handle the boost .. lower the compression resleeve it and get forged pistons that type of thing.. a head job can cost you between 1-2 grand depending on who did it and if you are including cams and such... its a great upgrade but if you are going boost i would focus and save my money by building the block

if you want to buy a head package i can get you a gude head package which includes port and polish cylinder head, racing valve grind, ported intake manifold, ported throttle body, header, camshafts and ecu for f22, h22 and h23 for
1495.00 and retail is 1682.45 core is 500

if you want something more custom to your setup i would recommend DPR ( dprracing.com ) they are a little bit more spendy and it takes a little time to have it done but i had my head done there and i am very happy with it
