i will try in a bit but its totally disassebled from screws to washers, seals, look like the pieces could go back on the shelf without unscrewing anything!! I will post a pix in a bit. So do you know how to pt it togther???
c'mon turbo techs I know someone knows, Im not trying to make aliving on this just wanna put it back together so I can use it one day on my drag car!!!
It's not that no one knows, its that the shafts have to be high speed balanced before it is reassembled. Most here don't do their own reassembly for that reason alone.
Time to have it professionally reassembled and balanced.

In the U.S., nobody is qualified to rebuild a BB Turbonetics turbo... simply because the BB rebuild kits or any related parts are not sold outright. All BB rebuilds must be done at Turbonetics.
The single ceramic ball bearing turbo is much harder to VSR balance than a standard dual bushing style bearing turbo. Even if you could get the rebuild kit, you wouldn't want to piece the turbo back together on your own because it wouldn't be balanced.
