t72 ball bearing (reassemble)
Need help on reassebling my turbo its an t72 ball bearing turbo from turbonetics, any one have any idea on how to put it back together I could really need your help. I got it free from an buddy and the shop that tore it apart is no longer in buisiness. Just wanna save some dough before sending it of to turbonetics to get it put back together. let me know if yall ht's can help!!!!!!

i will try in a bit but its totally disassebled from screws to washers, seals, look like the pieces could go back on the shelf without unscrewing anything!! I will post a pix in a bit. So do you know how to pt it togther???

c'mon turbo techs I know someone knows, Im not trying to make aliving on this just wanna put it back together so I can use it one day on my drag car!!!

has the wheel shafts been high speed balanced? Cause you have to/want to rebalance the turbo whenevr you take the wheels off the shaft

In the U.S., nobody is qualified to rebuild a BB Turbonetics turbo... simply because the BB rebuild kits or any related parts are not sold outright. All BB rebuilds must be done at Turbonetics.
The single ceramic ball bearing turbo is much harder to VSR balance than a standard dual bushing style bearing turbo. Even if you could get the rebuild kit, you wouldn't want to piece the turbo back together on your own because it wouldn't be balanced.
