Default my turbo broken?

is it normal to feel a little air in the middle part of the turbo where the oil lines go? you know where the compressor and the exhaust housing connect to. right at the part where you clock the turbo where you can spin it, i can feel a little air when i do a leak test. can you guys help me out? its a t3/t4 57 trim

Looks like a warn out seal.

Just got to make sure what kind of seal do you have, the O-ring or that thin black plastic thing(I believe its call Dynamic something)

Oh yeah also check the bolts first to see if they are tighten correctly.
