Try a rubber mallet, or just put a towel on it and beat it with a hammer.

And anti-seize will deteriorate in with the extreme heat. I tried using it once and it was gone after a few months. You wont have any problems with bolts seizing as long as you run the car regularly (to get the bolt expansion/contraction from heat cycles, and theres no way waters going to get in there).

Soak it in penetrating oil, then hit it with a hammer.

If that doesn't work..... Try to get your hands on an oxy/acetelene torch. Heat up the perimeter of the tubine housing so it expands away from the cartridge. Then hit it with a hammer. Oh yeah, I prefer a lead hammer.

As for reassemblely... Loctite C5-A. It's a copper based anti-sieze thats supposed to be good to 1800 deg.

I built a tool for clocking old t3s i get at the yard. its basicly a 1.5" steel pipe about 3.5 feet long. on one end I welded a 1" x 1/4" x 4" plate and drilled holes that corespond with the drain flange holes. I bolt it on with some grade8 bolts, throw the turbine housing in the vise, lube her up and usually just put some weight into it and it turns. Use a little heat as nesscary and lots of PB blaster
