Default belt tensioner h22a need desparete help

i was needing to know how to take the belt tensioner off and on my h22a. anybody got any websites or know how i can get a tensioner compresion tool on the internet i went to borrow one from my honda dealership and they wont let me borrow it.

what you could do and i recomend is buying a new tensioner and it comes with the tool... but if you cant buy a new one the take out the tensioner take the little bolt out of the back of the tensioner and stick a small flathead screw driver and compress the spring that is in there.. then tie a wire around the tensioner to hold it compressed wile you install it then cut the wire once you get the timing belt in place dont forget to put that small bolt back on the tensioner and make sure its not leaking any oil..

it worked i just put a heavy duty metal hose clamp around the cylinder and fought the belt off and on i didnt even have to take the cylinder off.
