for the H22A peeps out there.
I found that honda offers a timing belt kit for the H22A that converts the auto tensioner to manual tensioner.. you could go thru and order all these parts...
13404-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., BALANCER BELT
13415-PT0-000 - BRACKET, BALANCER BELT ADJUSTER
14510-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., TIMING BELT
