SOHC custom set up.... ur thoughts?
Like the topic says.... im piecing together a kit myself and so far this is what i have come up with.....
Spoolin Performance manifold, IC piping and DP
Tyrus intercooler
blitz BOV
tial WG
fast turbo oil return/feed lines
MBC.... not sure which one
garrett t3/to4e 50 trim .48 ar
hondata s200
conversion harness and chipped ecu i would need
rc 550 injectors
walboro 255 fuel pump
does this seem like it would be an alright kit? if not then anyone got any reccomendations? i would like to put down over 200 whp with the initial set up, and build from there. your opinions are MORE than wanted.... thanks

I'd flare the downpipe to 3" after the A/C compressor and go with a 3" exhaust. Sounds like a good setup to me. Good choice of turbo.
Thanks again. Starting to make me feel better about the choices i have made. Now.... about flaring the DP to 3"...... how much of a difference do you all think it would make? Just wondering..... i hadnt thought about doing that. Thanks again for the feedback, and keep it coming.
Well i dunno if the Hondata comes with a map sensor but if not you will need a better than your OEM one if you plan on going more than 11PSI+/-..after that your Honda Map sensor craps on you and turns on the CEL..
The wideband is for dataloging in the Hodata i think and also to read/tune your Air Fuel Mixture which is critical in a turbo setup...This is mostly used for street tunning.

The 3 bar is not a requirement but the stock map will only read to 11psi.
I fyou are tuning the car, a wideband is a must.

looks allright to me. If u have a stock bottom end D16 the 550 CC injectors are a bit over kill. The 450 CC's are a bit better for your application IMO.
