This happened to me. Make sure that you check all of your wiring to the solenoid. Make sure that you connections to the ECU are completely plugged in, nice and tight. Also, reset the ECU and check it again. I did this, and come to find out that I just needed to push the connectors in on the ECU. Good Luck.
