Default needing help t3/t04e trim

thinking of getting a t3/t04e turbo but they won't me to choose exhaust housing from 0.48a/r to 0.63a/r turbine housing and compressor trim. i'm thinking of something like 0.63a/r compressor trim 50 does anybody know how it will perform, if it will spool too slow or if it will give high or low end performance. It will be going on a stock JDm b16sir2 for now, but the engine will be built eventually. will this combination work for me now at a low boost and later at a high boost? if need more info please let me know.

Go with a Precision SC61 w/ .63 a/r trim like the one I have. There is some turbo lag between 1k-3k but once you hit boost...Hold on for dear Life!!! It is like night and day compared to the old Turbonetics T3/T4e I used to have.

I have the Precision 50 trim t04e with the .63 a/r housing and the stage 5 wheel on my 9:1 compression usdm b16. It's a pretty good turbo, but it's still kind of laggy. You can get less lag and sacrifice top end power by getting the .48 a/r housing.

I did 298whp and 212lb/ft torque at 14psi with that turbo.
In the heavy full interior 00' Si body I trapped 114mph and ran 13.3 on street tires in the 1/4.

Hopefully that helped making your decision.

Thanks for the help. Where can you find the percision turbo. The turbo that I was looking at was a Greddy. I'm piecing together my turbo kit so I just need a turbo not the whole kit, is there somewhere to just buy the turbo?
