Default Too small of a housing ??? ---------- t3/t4

The one on the left is a 50 trim .50 ar t3/t4 with .63 ar hotside.

the on on the right is a 50 t rim .60 ar bored out T3 with a .48 hotside

in other words, they have the same trim compressor wheel.
My question is....does the one on the right have too small of a housing for that wheel? What will it perform like, will it be so restrictive that it'll loose it's efficiency.
I'm also worried about the exhaust housing being too small for what i want. Will this turbo on the right loose boost in the higher revs?

The turbo on the right MUST make at least 250whp on my b16sirII without loosing any boost to redline. Thanks for any help you can offer

yes, and it has shaft play bad. But i can always rebuild. just need to know if the compressor on the right is too small. the turbo on the left is just for comparison (its a t4 housing)
