missing link noise?

Default missing link noise?

i just installed an OBX map sensor adapter, and when i started my car it makes a hissing noise. i believe its out that little hole on the side of it? is this normal or did i install it wrong? thanks for any help

Hissing noise??? i`ll assume that this is at an idle. a missing link should only be venting when there is pressure. I.E. under boost. most commonly used to stop the map sensor from seeing positive air pressure and going bonkers.


If it is venting all the time and was installed right side up, the missing link needs to be replaced. if not, i would recommend double checking the direction of the piece. being a check valve there is an up and a down.

The small hole goes on top right and the larger hole on the bottom when mounted right?
