Default Proper Tuning

Hey yall, I've been reading alot about tuning from people on Honda Tech but i wanted to know if there are any really good sights on how to do very good tuning to engines. I'm looking for sites that have answers to how to tune Apexi units and boost controllers and fuel/air ratio and may other things. I don't want to buy a bunch of parts and not know how to tune things right. I don't want to be stupid I want to know wut to do.

I wouldn't install an Apexi unit in my car if it was given to me, but the best site I know of for information on working with Honda ECUs is http://www.pgmfi.org

http://www.ecimulti.org/uberdata/forum/ There is alot of information here too.
