hands on tuning

Anyone knows any school that does handon tuning with crome or neptune or any tuning system....thanks....

but they dont go into crome or neptune, or any tuning system for honda...

Great way to get the basics then move on. Or post an ad on Craigslist and ask to pay someone to show u how. Ur in cali to, i bet there tons of people that know how to tune.
