Car: 1991 Crx dx dpfi d15

1) IF the ECU does not detect any signal from the oil pressure sensor will that prevent the engine from running? Will it basically tell the ecu not to let the engine to run?

2) If the main fuel injector (91crx dpfi) is out of spec: 2.2/2.3 ohms insted of .6-1/6ohms will the ecu prevent the engine from running? I know buick has that feature.

I'm running a aftermarket oil psi gauge
