Hey guys, new poster, longtime viewer... i've got a nice lil' 94 civic coupe d16z6
anyway my engine has recently started this "chuggin" sound whenever the engine is warmed up, ask questions please and hopefully i can be more specific, i suspect my fuel injectors could be dying on me...

it's like a puttering, almost like a backfire but not, it ONLY happens when i try accelerating, if i stay at a constant speed, then nothing happens... only when accelerating, and once again, only after my engine is wamred up

i have changed the spark plugs, it goes away, but then after a day or two it comes back, the wires are new for a year, i guess it could be defective, i was just in denial.... anything else? just in case
ok i can't post cuz i have a 5 post limit!!!! but it has 170k.... :D :D

Trending Topics
Clean the air filter, fuel filter, try running higher octane gas for a while. Do a basic tune up, make sure the sparkplugs are the right heat range for your engine.
