i have the idea of how to put it on, i just dont know which way to put it on using an external wastegate. theres two nipples on this controller, one is silver and one is blue, i dont know which nipple connects to the top of my tial 38mm wastegate. does anyone know which one it is?

 

The blue one on the xs MBC is going into your tial wastegate. (side port, not top on wategate)..
The silver side port is going to the compressor side on the turbo..

so do i leave the top of the wastegate open or do i connect it to the intake manifold?

 

Leave it open. Top port of your wastegate is for breather.. Just side port for vaccuum..
