Default Possible shipping damage

here's a pic from an itr intake manifold. The line looks kinked to me.
Does this look right or is it damaged?
this is the where the vacuum hose from brake booster connects to
intake manifold.
I wanna know so i can contact seller/shipper if there's a problem.

TIA

It's definitely damaged, but I don't think it's non useable.

yea, its bent, but like it was said, unless theres a crack or some break in it, it still very usable. Worst case scenerio is a little resistence in air flow, but nothing you'd notice i think...

Its fuxxored... Get a new end piece, your vaccum will not be sufficient for the brake booster, you WILL notice it.

Baaah... bend it back and squeeze it round again with pliers.
I'm sure it would work fine.

My friends was like that..
I stuck a straight punch inside the tube and squeezed the kinked
portion of the tube with some pliers while pulling outward on the punch
in order to straighten it..

Yep I agree. Just pull it out and put a new on in. If you have a hard time getting it to stay in use some Locktite Red. Thats what i did it worked great.

i got loctite 242. this isn't worth contacting shipper/seller.
It should come out easily with a couple crescent wrenches.
Should be an easy fix.

Yea, I bought a head with bent exhaust manifold studs, but I wasn't going to make a fuss about it.

Removed bent piece. It was more work than I expected.
Now to find replacement piece. Any suggestions.
I don't think I can get one from another car without damaging it
in the process.

Id try the junkyard for a replacement.

Use a heat gun next time to warm the manifold, it will pop right out, and right in...should limit the scarring and damage
