Default Rear drum and rear disks lower arm interchangable?

Does anyone know if the rear drum brakes trailing arm is interchangable with the rear disk brakes trailing arm. Like can I bring the calipers and rotors and use it on the drum brakes rear trailing arm.

It's easier than dealing with the torx bolts, and a lot of people used to say you needed the whole arm, but I have swap just the spindles and it's fine.

Yes they are. In fact I am in the process of doing that now. I am having some major problems though with corrosion and rusting. THe LCA bolts are sheared off, the torx bolts are rusted in and the fact that I don't have a lift is a pain in the ***. Strongly recommend a lift where leverage is better! Cheers!

No, they are "one piece", you can take them all apart, but drums are drums, and disc are disc.
