Swapped clutch and car won't start! Help!

I swapped out the clutch and now the ecu is throwing codes 5 and 7! WTF? Anyone have any ideas?

did you unplug the harness?? if so you may have switched the MAP (code 5) and TPS (code 7) that would be my starting point. just an idea

Which plugs are they, can anyone describe what their location and appearance are like? I had someone help me take the tranny off, and now I'm not sure that I got everything plugged back in correctly. The car does start and runs, but it idles really low and almost sounds like it's missing.... Anyone else have any info? I'm freakin out here!
