How hard to build a motor with a helms at hand?

whats needed, etc.

I figured I would take the block to a machine shop to get bored and honed, but do everything else myself.

seals, gaskets, bearings, rods & pistons.

If you have patients and follow the book careful you can do it.

helms is everything that you need to put your block together

im going to build a d16a6 with p29 pistons, everything else will be stock

I'll be building a D16Z6 with only my knowledge from H-T and my dad's small block Chevy knowledge, nothing too unexpected should pop up.
