Default High compression D16Y8 Pistons

I currently own a Civic EX 96 w/ AT(I know, its slow, but I drive whack when i have little sleep). I saw 11.5 compression ratio pistons for the D16Y8 from http://www.ariaspistons.com. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience on what these can do on a D16Y8 AT/MT? Also, if I change the rings, do I need an overbore set of rings if the cylinder walls haven't been overbored? Mileage is at 136K miles.

do a search for spade's big post on d-series upgrades lots of good info there. i'm sure someone will chime in and post a link to it. you don't need oversized rings unless you bore the block and go with a larger piston.
