ks cel wont go off

ks cel wont go off

tryed wiring ks every which way, but cel keeps coming on, i dont have the original plug so i am lost. that is the only thing left to fix.h22a into 97 hatch p13ecm

Is the wire a Sheilded wire?

did you get shielded wire when you did it.. meaning is the wire insulated.. not speaker wire either.. like wire with a plastic coating around it?

i had all the wiring but dont know what i did with that one . i threw what was left of the wiring away before i new i needed it. i can get another that isnt a problem but why wouldnt this other one work???
