special sleeves for b20
A friend of mine is having problems figuring out how sleeves fit into a B20 block. He's sleeved Ls blocks, but he can't seem to wrap his mind around sleeving a B20. Is their something different that needs to be done? Are the aftermarket sleeves themselves different?
Actually, the B20 is one of the harder blocks to sleeve due to the one pioece stock sleeve that has to be removed. B20's have to be siamesed all the way down the block and have to be done very carefully otherwise you have big trouble. The B20 block is by far the worst Honda engine to sleeve. I speak from very in depth experience!!!
exactly what I was talking about; You just have to be more careful with the bore machine.
I spoke with Ted at Golden Eagle; awesome guy answered all my questions, knew exactly what I was talking about; and the most important aspect of all when dealing with anyone in business, didn't make me feel like he had something else that was more important. He spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me, and never once did I feel like I shouldn't be talking to him. Awesome guy and awesome company!

By the way, right now until July 31, we are offering FREE return FedEx Ground shipping on all sleeve jobs in the Continental United States! No worry about the return shipping costs!!!
