Default Fastbrakes Big Brake Kit anyone using this?

I posted this in the Integra forum then realized I'd probably get a better response here. Is anyone using the 11.75 inch 4 piston kit? I see it now has dust seals so I was wondering if anyone is using this without probs on the street and on the track? Hows the noise of the pads these come with also? Thanks

I've been using one of these kits with no dust seals for about 2 1/2 years now, and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with not having them. I'm using Carbo Tech Panther Plus pads, and on the street and autocross, they make absolutely no noise. Can't comment on the track, haven't been on one in about 7 years.

Right on Jaker thats the kind of feedback I was looking for. How do these compare to the stockers? I hate my stock brakes they feel very weak compared to the brakes on my toyota and nissan cars. Do you run 16" wheels?

Thanks Nasa. Where did you get yours from and is it the 11.75 kit?

It looks like they went with a 11.75 rotor, so they can run 15 inch rims. Good idea for those guys who don't want to run larger rims. The additional cost probably comes from their R&D to make new brackets and possibly hats.

Will this kit fit a 90 Integra too?

DTM could you PM me a price shipped to 96825? Also, will I need to upgrade my rear discs to a 11" setup? Thanks

I don't by any chance mean to hijack this thread but I was researching my options on a front brake upgrade for 2000 Civic Si, and I'm wondering what would you guys reccomend.

Street/road race car, I'd like to keep my 15 inch wheels, so I suppose the 11.75 kit might be too big?

The 11.75 kit will fit under many 15" wheels. I have the Wilwood 12.19 kit with billet Dynalite calipers in next to new condition at $475.00 for anyone that might be looking for a set. They never made it to the track and only experienced a few Solo II events. I also have an extra set of Porterfield R4 pads never used.

I use the 11.75 kit on my track only EG Hatch. Works great with Hawk Blues. No Power assist. Stops on a dime. I went with these to keep my 15" SSRs. I need spacers for it to work on my 15" OZ Superlegeras.
