ITR BLOCK WITH GSR HEAD?
yea, no problems at all, thats what i have done. Your compression may be slightly higher due to the smaller quench area around the valves. Its recommended to get a port and polish job and do the a cam upgrade if you want to make similar or better numbers than a stock ITR.

Right, that's why if you want to replace the ITR head with a GSR head, you'd do good to get it (GSR head) port and polished, along with swapping the valvetrain and cams. They come with a light port and polish, nothing big at all.
