fan switch problem..?

Default fan switch problem..?

ok my boy changed my fan switch and thermostat yesterday...
and he grounded the switch, and now my car over heats ...
when i turn on the car, my radiator fan won't turn on.
when i turn the a/c on my radiator fan turns on and my a/c fan won't turn on
and when i blast the heat, hot air doesn't even come out any more....
im kinda pist at this because he was so sure he can do this....
wut can i do? did my friend ground the wires wrong?

your thermostat is probably installed backwards, did you add water/coolant and bleed it?

is it possible for my thermostat to be installed backwards...
im pretty sure it was the wiring... were gonna get it fixed hopefully

just a regular thermostat, i bought at pepboys..
but i did use the stock gasket... cause pepboys ran out of it... it was rubber... so we thought we can re-use it...

could a rip in the thermostat gasket be the problem to all of this?
