overheating problem (cooling fan not coming on)
Ok my fan is still good and the relay is good too but nothing. It only overheats when its sitting still and I nevear thn come on. Oh I've also hooked it up direct and it still works.

Check your thermostat and the thermostat switch. I had the exact same problem with my '99 a few weeks ago, I had to buy a new thermostat and the switch as well.

There is no such thing as a thermostat switch and the thermostat has absolutely nothing to do with the fan coming on and there is no temp switch on the radiator! How do you know the relay is good? Have you bled the system correctly? Try disconnecting the RADIATOR FAN SWITCH located on the thermostat housing and touch the two terminals on the disconnect side with a piece of wire with your key on II, the fan should come on if it doesnt either the relay is bad or you have a wiring issue ( since you already ruled out the motor being bad) if it works 4.0 bleed the system correctly and if that dont work replace the rad ran switch

Thermostat housing, just follow the lower radiator hose to the engine. That is the thermostat housing remove that electrical connector and do what was stated above
