Default 94 LS vtec conversion?

Hi i recently purchased a '94 integra LS non-vtec. Is there any way that is cost effective to install vtec in my car. Or is a swap up to a gsr b18 a better solution?

Ideas?

thanks

search around the net for a DOHC VTEC head and put it on your block, or just go all out and buy a B18C1 or B18C5

if you want a complete head with distributor, im, tb, you're looking closer to $700 USD

ARP head and rod bolts (necessary for revving over 7000 rpms) $140
dohc vtec oil pump, water pump, timing belt $150-$200
new rod and main bearings $120 or so
new pistons to get some decent compression ~ $250 with rings
new gaskets (for im, tb, head gasket, valve cover, oil pan) $100 +

and then the cost of labor to install everything if you can't do it yourself.......
