-k- I know this has Benn covered I searched got over 1000 threads and couldn't fiend what I wanted even when I narrowed my search.

a buddy asked me if I could get a how to on LS VTEC. basically everything you would need to swap the VTEC head.

if you could give me a link that would be great!!!!

I know it is warn out but I need this by tomorrow when the guy is bringing his car to the shop to get it done. he is a friend of my buddy that is doing the work. he doesn't have a lot of time without a car. and he messed up his head.

come on H-T I need some info ASAP Benn searching still nothing!!!!!!

 

you need:

VTEC head of your choice
corresponding timing belt
new LS head gasket
dowel pins
vtec oil line in head tapped shut
new oil line drilled and opened in the back of the head.
LS/VTEC oil line kit hardware
GSR head studs

thats bare bones. you should also get:
VTEC oil and water pumps
ARP head studs
ARP rod bolts.

 

do you know where I can get a complete brake down no how to make a Ls/VTEC
