Is there a difference between tophats from 92-01 Civic and 94+ Integra? Thanks in advance!!

what are top hats? could be something i don't know, but i'm thinking they are hats, caps, head wear stuff.

lol... when i think top hats, i think high hats, when people mess up on asking about a drum set piece....lol

but maybe hes asking about the top of the suspention. top of the shock/strut? that lil hat thing?
