dr20's question HELP!

I have one question and a bit confused. The dr20's and the stance emotion wheels look just alike. My question is what's the difference between them? Besides the brand. #HELP!

Manufacturer. They're both knock-off's, so there's really no difference between them.

There's a slight raised boss under the center cap of the Drag's. Other then that, no real difference.
